1. How do I order a custom pendant?

   Once we receive your iqnuiry we will reach out to your for any questions our desing team may have. We will suggest improvements if necessary and then provide you an approximate quote. Since all our work is done in our factory in house we can provide best quality and pricing. Once we have agreement on pricing we will provide you with final CAD drawing and start the production upon you approving the CAD (3D rendering of the piece of jewelry) this will allow you to make any necessary correction before we start production.

2. How much do custom pendants cost?
   There are too many variations possible and thus prices will be highly dependant on size, complexity of job and Quality of diamonds/gemstone you choose in you Jewelry. We can assure you that our prices will be most competitive and we provide the quality that we agree on. We can customize a product to fit your budget and provide you options and suggestion.

3. Can I ask Midwest Jewellery for help with the designing?

   Midwest Jewellery has inhouse design team that specialized in custom jewelry design work. We will be glad to assist you with that, typically desing work is done free of cost for our customers. We will provide as many revisions as necessary free of cost. Its because when your piece looks good, we look good.
